ON THE SAND
Stockton Beach is 32 KMS of the longest moving sand dunes in the southern hemisphere. With heights reaching over 30 metres and slopes reaching up to 60 degrees, it is perfect for sand boarding, quad biking or 4wdriving (with a permit)

Port Stephens is home to over 140 bottlenose dolphins who happily play not far from the shore. May to November the humpback whales make their annual migration and can be seen either from a cruise or from the Tomaree Headlands. But that's not all, there is the Great Lakes Marine Park for diving at all levels and various game fishing competitions throughout the year
